PACKAGING - IDENTIFICATION
Package
Magrets packaged under vacuum x1, under vacuum in big bag, in bulk, in cartons of 10 or 12 kg.
Carton labelling
On each carton there are:
name of the product, name and number of the slaughtering house, name of the company, net and gross weight, production date, DLC or DLUO,  preservation temperature: 2 and 4°C or -18°C.
LOGISTICS
Refregirator trucks dedicated to the  transportation of fresh or frozen products.
